    Nearly 1 Million Illegal Aliens Now Have Driver’s Licenses in California













    The State of California is on track to issue a total of one million driver’s licenses to illegal aliens by the end of 2017.

    In 2013, California lawmakers passed legislation that allowed illegal aliens to obtain driver’s licenses if they can prove to the Department of Motor Vehicle (DMV) their identity and state residency. The plan was one of the largest victories to date by the open borders lobby.
    Years later, an estimated 905,000 illegal aliens have driver’s licenses in California, according to the Sacramento Bee, despite issuances beginning in 2015. The number of illegal aliens in California with driver’s licenses is likely to surpass one million before the end of this year.
    In the first half of 2017 alone, more than 83,000 illegal aliens received driver’s licenses in California.
    Soros groups are currently pushing a plan that would make it illegal to not rent a residence to an illegal alien because of their immigration status, Breitbart Texas reported.

    The letter notes that the percentage in L.A. 
    Country may be as high as 144%.

    Judicial Watch Warns California: 11 Counties Have More Voters than Voting-Age Citizens



    Judicial Watch, a conservative watchdog organization, has sent a letter to California Secretary of State Alex Padilla on behalf of the Election Integrity Project, noting that there are 11 counties in the state with more registered voters, and alleging that the state may be out of compliance with Section 8 of the National Voter Registration Act (NVRA).

    The letter reads, in part:
    NVRA Section 8 requires states to conduct reasonable list maintenance so as to maintain an accurate record of eligible voters for use in conducting federal elections.1 As you may know, Congress enacted Section 8 of the NVRA to protect the integrity of the electoral process. Allowing the names of ineligible voters to remain on the voting rolls harms the integrity of the electoral process and undermines voter confidence in the legitimacy of elections.
    As the top election official in California, it is your responsibility under federal law to coordinate California’s statewide effort to conduct a program that reasonably ensures the lists of eligible voters are accurate.
    Judicial Watch lays out the specifics: 
    “[T]here were more total registered voters 
    than there were adults over the age of 18 
    living in each of the following eleven (11) 
    counties: Imperial (102%), Lassen (102%), 
    Los Angeles (112%), Monterey (104%), San 
    Diego (138%), San Francisco (114%), San 
    Mateo (111%), Santa Cruz (109%), Solano 
    (111%), Stanislaus (102%), and Yolo (110%).” 
    The letter notes that the percentage in L.A. 
    Country may be as high as 144%.
    The letter contains a threat to sue the Secretary of State if Padilla does not remove from the rolls “persons who have become ineligible to vote by reason of death, change in residence, or a disqualifying criminal conviction, and to remove noncitizens who have registered to vote unlawfully.” 
    It gives Padilla 14 days to respond, and 90 days to correct alleged violations of the law.
    Padilla has been one of the main voices in opposition to President Donald Trump’s Presidential Advisory Commission on Election Integrity, refusing to share voter data with it on the argument that doing so would “legitimize false claims of massive election cheating last fall.”
    President Trump has claimed that he would have won the popular vote in the 2016 presidential election if not for illegal voting, and his administration has singled outCalifornia as a possible contributor to that margin.
    The Election Integrity Project is a California-based volunteer organization that monitors voting irregularities.

    New York, California Moving to Permit Illegal Aliens to Practice Law?

    Sapna Rampersaud has written an article for National Review Online's The Corner titled "Illegal Immigrants Can Now Defend the Laws They Break,"detailing how the states of New York and California have moved to permit illegal aliens to practice law. This is the kind of thing one might expect to see as a headline on the satirical website The Onion, but, sadly, it's true.
    Actually, they've been headed that way for some time. John Feere, previously a legal policy analyst here at the Center, wrote about California's efforts clear back in January of 2014, and commented on the back flips achieved by the California Supreme Court in deciding that permitting illegal aliens to practice law was copacetic:
    “[N]ew lawyers must take an oath to ‘support the Constitution of the United States" and must also pass an ethics exam. The California Supreme Court explained in its holding that it "assumes’ that a licensed illegal alien ‘will make all necessary inquiries and take appropriate steps to comply with applicable legal restrictions.’ The Committee of Bar Examiners explained that ‘there is no reason to believe’ Garcia [the illegal alien applicant seeking approval to practice law] ‘cannot take the oath and faithfully uphold his duties as an attorney.’
    “It is unclear why the court and the bar examiners would assume such things. Illegal immigrants regularly fail to comply with a whole host of laws. Within Garcia's own circle of family and friends one can identify a variety of potential legal violations, if media reports are accurate.
    “Garcia admits to working a number of jobs prior to law school, and depending on how he obtained the work, he may be liable under False Personation of a U.S. Citizen (18 U.S.C. § 911), Fraud and False Statements (18 U.S.C. § 1001), and Social Security Fraud (42 U.S.C. § 408), just to name a few examples. We estimate that nearly half of working illegal aliens have filled out I-9 Forms and are likely in violation of these statutes. If the Obama administration decided to enforce federal immigration law, Garcia could potentially face many years in jail and significant fines. It is important to remember that these crimes often create real victims.”
    In addition to Feere's very cogent observations, I'm also wondering how, exactly, an attorney who is illegally in the United States can be deemed an "officer of the court." Aren't the two things, when put together, inherently oxymoronic? An alien who has no lawful status must inevitably engage in deception and subterfuge in order to remain in the United States without being apprehended. That doesn't sound like the kind of upright behavior required of officers of the court.
    Moving back to the article on The Corner, Rampersaud has her own version of the "Mr. Garcia" described above:
    “One such lawyer is Lizbeth Mateo. Born in Mexico, Mateo and her family illegally crossed the border when she was 14 and have been residing in California ever since. In 2013, Mateo returned to Mexico knowing she had no legal visa to come back and, as part of what became known as the Bring Them Home Campaign, returned to the U.S. border with eight other children and demanded unauthorized reentry into the U.S. — which she was granted. Having graduated from Santa Clara University School of Law and working jobs that required the use of a stolen Social Security number, Mateo now spends her time as an immigration lawyer ‘preparing legal strategies to help undocumented immigrants stay in the country’ — all while flaunting her own undocumented status.”
    As Rampersaud goes on to remark:
    “This example illustrates the extent to which certain states both accept and encourage illegal immigration. Mateo is praised for being a ‘leader’ and a ‘bold advocate’ but should instead be described as what she is: a lawbreaker. Mateo has taken an oath of office to uphold the Constitution, but breaks federal law every day. Square that circle.”
    She's right. You can't square that circle. But one thing I can say for certain is this: It takes more than just a state license to practice immigration law because, of course, immigration laws are federal in nature. Attorneys who wish to represent aliens before the Executive Office for Immigration Review (EOIR), the Justice Department division that handles the immigration courts and Board of Immigration Appeals, must register with and be approved by the EOIR director.
    While I don't see any particular prohibition of illegal aliens in the provision of the federal regulations governing such registration, at 8 CFR Section 1292.1, it would defy logic and make a mockery of the immigration courts for the director to approve such an application for registration.
    There is also the issue of fairness to the illegal alien being represented by another illegal alien: What happens if his lawyer is arrested before his hearing is completed, thus leaving him high and dry? For EOIR to permit such a situation to occur would be tantamount to malfeasance. On the other hand, it defies logic that certain states have already taken that step-too-far, and that, too, seems to me to smack of malfeasance.
    Maybe it's time that Attorney General Jeff Sessions steps in to require his new EOIR director to amend the regulation and make the prohibition against illegal alien lawyers representing other illegal aliens in the immigration courts crystal clear.
    Meantime, if an illegal alien attorney shows up in court to represent an alien respondent in removal proceedings, perhaps the presiding immigration judge will have the good sense to summon immigration agents to arrest the attorney and place him or her into proceedings as well. After all, they're fair game. Being a lawyer shouldn't intrinsically place anyone above the law, should it?

    Here are a few facts you should consider when you finally look around yourself and see only Mexicans….Mexicans driving, Mexicans in our jobs, Mexicans in our welfare office, Mexicans flooding our healthcare systems, and Mexicans and only Mexicans at all construction sites.

    CALIFORNIA UNDER MEXICAN OCCUPATION:

    The State Government of CA hands illegals more than $30 BILLION per year in social services. That’s the state level we’re talking about. Counties hand out even more with Mex-occupied Los Angeles leading at $1 BILLION in welfare for Mexico’s anchor baby breeders. No legal in Los Angeles or California were ever given the opportunity to vote on Mexico’s welfare state in our open borders.

    California has the largest and most expensive state prison system in the nation. Half the inmates are illegals from Mexico.

    There have been more than 2,000 Californians murdered by Mexicans that fled back across the border to avoid prosecution.

    According to former CA Attorney General Kamala Harris, now CA senator and advocate for amnesty, nearly HALF the murders in CA are by Mexican gangs.

    Los Angeles is America’s and Mexico’s second largest city. Approximately 93% of the murders are committed by Mexicans.

    The Los Angeles Police department publishes a list with images of the 200 most wanted criminals in Los Angeles. About 186 at any given time are Mexicans. Most of the rest are Russian and Armenians.

    The County of Los Angeles spends about $300 million yearly to jail Mexican criminals.
    The City of Los Angeles spends about $10 MILLION per year to clean up Mexican graffiti.
    The City of Los Angeles has more than 100,000 homeless and bout 5 MILLION illegals housed and in jobs.

    The tax-free underground economy in Los Angeles County is estimated to be in excess of $2 BILLION per year.

    The City of Los Angeles tetters on bankruptcy. It will be the largest bankruptcy in American history and will end all City employee pensions. Still there will be no cuts related to the Mexican occupation.

    California ranks No. 48 out of 50 states for abominable lower education quality. Mexicans loathe literacy and speaking the gringo language. Most Mexicans graduate from high school not being able to read at a third-grade level.

    At Santee Public High School in Los Angeles, classes are taught in Spanish. Books are in Spanish and school assemblies end in “!Viva Mexico, Viva Mexico!”.

    Many public schools in CA have prohibited Legals from wearing American flag T-shirts on Cinco de Mayo day.

    California’s Attorney General Xavier Becerra has been described in the press as a “Puss spewing racist”. Mexicans think of themselves as LA RAZA “The Race”. The A.G.’s website no longer list California’s most wanted criminals as they were all MEXICANS. Becerra, as Congressman, sucked in bribes from Mexican criminals.

    There have been more than 82 private enterprise hospitals and clinics in CA driven into bankruptcy due to Mexico’s occupation of CA. It’s calculated that Mexico’s “free” gringo-paid healthcare in CA cost legals $1.5 BILLION per year. No illegal in Mexico received ANY medical attention, welfare or jobs.

    The La Raza Sanctuary City of West Hollywood, which employs hordes of illegals, banned the use of gas leaf blowers in 1987. No City ordinances anywhere in CA ever apply to illegals. The City handed out more than 400 fines to gardeners who were all illegals from Mexico. The fines were never paid and were deemed uncollectable as these gardeners all had fraudulent IDs. Therefore they were out there driving unlicensed and uninsured. No illegal caught using a gas leaf blower and with fraudulent ID was or will ever be prosecuted. In CA La Raza is above the law.

    In Los Angeles there have been numerous murders of innocent black Americans by Mexican gangs who were “ethnically cleansing” their hoods.

    LA RAZA Gov Jerry Brown has signed each and every bill put before him that would expand Mexico’s supremacy in CA. Both houses of the state legislature are now controlled by Mexico.

    Gov Jerry Brown has openly proclaimed that California is the Mexican’s “second home”, but when it comes to jobs, a tax-free lifestyle, welfare, “free” medical, education and housing for many, CA is the Mexican’s first home.

    Former Mayor of Los Angeles and now candidate for Governor, Antonio Villaraigosa is a former member of the racist, violent, fascist separatist movement of M.E.Ch.A. 

    Mexico has 50 consulates in American compared with the United Kingdom which has only 8. These consulates are LA RAZA headquarters to help Mexicans claim their “rights”, which is more welfare and “free” medical.

    Illegal immigration costs the taxpayers of California -- which has the highest number of illegal aliens nationwide -- $10.5 (NOW $30 BILLION) billion a year for education, health care and incarceration, according to a study released yesterday. A key finding of the report by the Federation for American Immigration Reform (FAIR) said the state's already struggling kindergarten-through-12th-grade education system spends $7.7 billion a year on children of illegal aliens, who constitute 15 percent of the student body. The report also said the incarceration of convicted illegal aliens in state prisons and jails and uncompensated medical outlays for health care provided to illegal aliens each amounted to about $1.4 billion annually. The incarceration costs did not include judicial expenditures or the monetary costs of the crimes committed by illegal aliens that led to their incarceration. "California's addiction to 'cheap' illegal-alien labor is bankrupting the state and posing enormous burdens on the state's shrinking middle-class tax base," said FAIR President Dan Stein. "Most Californians, who have seen their taxes increase while public services deteriorate, already know the impact that mass illegal immigration is having on their communities, but even they may be shocked when they learn just how much of a drain illegal immigration has become," he said.

    Banned: The American Flag on Cinco de Mayo

    When 200 hispanic students skipped school last week and marched through downtown Morgan Hill, California chanting "Si se puede" intermixed with "We want respect," none were banned from school attendance on their return.
    When five students, one of them an American from latino roots, wore American flags to school as a sign of patriotic speech, they were labeled incendiary. They were instructed to turn their shirts inside-out so as to cover up the American flag. And when they refused to surrender their first amendment right to expression, they were given unexcused absences.
    Assistant Principal Miguel Rodriguez called the flag draped wardrobe "incendiary" because the students had chosen to worn them on May 5, popularly known as Cinco de Mayo. (A date that "celebrates" Mexico's defeat of the French in a single battle, in a war that Mexico eventually lost.)
    The school's administration went further in claiming the five students were attempting "to start a fight" and "adding fuel to the fire."
    Latino parents chimed in and chided the five students (one of which is of Mexican ethnic heritage) saying, "we're all offended by it."
    One parent, Teresa Casillas, claimed her hispanic children were upset by the behavior of the boys wearing the flagged shirts, calling it disrespectful.
    Yet for all the outcry, not an ounce of proof has erupted that the boys made any actions of provocation--except wear the shirts on Cinco De Mayo.
    One of the more ignorant utterances by one of the hispanic student protestors summed up the stupidity best, "It's disrespectful to do it on Cinco de Mayo," said Jessica Cortez, a Live Oak sophomore. "They can be a patriot on some other day. Not that specific day."
    And so this is what the argument has been reduced to.
    I mean, you do understand don't you that Cinco de Mayo is not even celebrated en masse by Mexicans?
    Yet the militant, belligerent, children of latinos living in Morgan Hill are exhibiting symptoms of a problem that is widespread. Raw naked entitlement that not only flouts the laws, but has now led to the limiting of the most legitimate expression whose freedom should always be protected: patriotism.
    It was bad enough that the Obama administration went on a systematic campaign to discredit the recent right of the state of Arizona to reinforce federal guidelines for immigration. It was bad enough that the lies were widely told, and never retracted by news agencies that should have known better.

    Once there was only Edward Roybal in a position of power. Today, as it did long ago, authority rests in many Latino hands.

    The announcement last week that Archbishop Jose Gomez of San Antonio will replace Cardinal Roger Mahony as head of the local Catholic diocese capped an assertion of power on the part of Latinos in Los Angeles that is remarkable in its seeming speed.

    Now the power positions held by Latinos in the Los Angeles area are multiple and manifest. Besides the Mexico-born archbishop, who is in line to become the first U.S. prelate of Latino heritage to become a cardinal, there is the mayor. The speaker of the Assembly. The sheriff. A county supervisor. Several members of the City Council, of Congress, of the Legislature, of the Los Angeles school board. The head of the most influential civic entity, organized labor.

    "It is coming full circle," said UC Berkeley associate professor Lisa García Bedolla, the author of two books on Latino politics. "That's what Los Angeles looked like before becoming part of the United States."

    It is hardly accidental, however. The moves to the top in politics and other endeavors have required equal parts population shifts, hard-fought legal pursuit and political strategizing.

    Population numbers are only the most obvious propellant for the ambitions of both the community and its leaders.

    In 1960, according to a USC demographic study, fewer than 10% of the people in the Los Angeles County area were Latino. By 2008, according to federal census estimates, almost half were Latino. Roughly the same was true in the city of Los Angeles.

    While trailing the population levels -- because of lagging citizenship numbers -- the ranks of Latino voters also swelled over those decades.

    But their efforts to win elections were thwarted by political lines drawn to diminish their heft. In the mid-1980s, legal challenges began to chip away at those hurdles. First came a legal assault on the Los Angeles City Council's district boundaries, which led to the creation of what was called at the time a "Latino district."

    Next came a federal court fight over the Board of Supervisors. A judge ultimately decided that the board had drawn its lines to intentionally discriminate against Latinos. The judge's ruling led directly to the election, in early 1991, of Gloria Molina to the board.

    As inspiring to the community as the two legal moves were, however, they essentially accounted for a single seat each. A more prosaic development, term limits, would ultimately do far more, according to García Bedolla.

    Beyond the churning of legislative and council seats was the coincident rise of organized labor as a factor benefiting Latinos and other minority candidates. Miguel Contreras, who took over the county labor federation in 1996, ran it like a powerhouse until his death in 2005. His widow and fellow union leader, Maria Elena Durazo, now heads the labor organization.

    "They explicitly included immigrants . . . [which] made the Latino community a political force in progressive politics in a way they hadn't been before," García Bedolla said.

    A conspiring assist came, at the same time, from the non-Latino head of the local Catholic Church. Mahony had made a name as a friend of immigrants and Latinos before he arrived in Los Angeles in 1985. As the Latino population of the area swelled, he waded into a host of civic entanglements on their behalf.

    He publicly defended janitors during a nasty strike. He came out early and forcefully against Proposition 187, the 1994 measure to strip state services from illegal immigrants. (It passed overwhelmingly but was largely struck down by the courts.)

    Kenneth Burt, the author of "The Search for a Civic Voice," a history of California Latino politics, credited Mahony for keeping peace in Los Angeles between groups seeking power and those afraid of losing it.

    "He had a tremendous impact in empowering the Latino community and in sending a powerful signal that the rise of Latinos should not be seen as a threat," he said. "Even though he's Irish, he's the first Latino cardinal in spirit."

    All told, the taking of power has been stunning in its breadth. A Loyola Marymount University study of the top 100 elected positions in Los Angeles from 1959 to 2009 found that for years, only one man -- Roybal -- made the list. The numbers increased only gradually until 1991, when altered political lines and long-thwarted ambition pushed the percentage of Latino seats to 18%. By last year, 33% were held by Latinos.
    More subtle, perhaps, has been the more or less tranquil way that change has been accomplished. Although there have been periods of contention, the flow of power from whites and blacks to Latinos has happened with far less gnashing than might have been expected years ago.

    In part, that is because both politicians and interest groups have worked at it. Los Angeles' mayor, Antonio Villaraigosa, won election in his second attempt by attracting African American voters to go along with the Latino and Jewish voters who had earlier supported him. One of the main forces behind the career of former Assembly Speaker Karen Bass, an African American now running for Congress, has been the Latino-dominated labor movement.

    Still, tensions are never far from view. The Republican primary for governor is currently aboil with the subject of illegal immigration, a perennial flash point. Although so far the issue has been of little consequence in the campaign, its presence suggests that some element of the public remains uncomfortable.

    "I don't think you can get rid of so many decades of that competition and animosity quickly," said García Bedolla. "I think it's going to be a while before we stop having that sense that anything that is good for me is bad for you."

    Feds Probe University’s Device To Help Illegal Border Crossers

    Nearly half a year after a professor at a public university spent taxpayer dollars to create a tool that helps Mexicans enter the United States illegally, the area’s congressional delegation has finally decided to investigate the matter.
    The activist Chicano professor (Ricardo Dominguez) at the University of California San Diego, a major public institution not far from the Mexican border, proudly announced his new invention—Transborder Immigrant Tool—in November without scrutiny from university officials or the feds. The idea is to help Mexicans enter the U.S. illegally by mapping the safest routes through the notoriously rigorous southern border desert.

    The innovative technology is a simple mobile application —inserted into the cheapest available cell phone on the market—which guides illegal aliens through the least dangerous routes, areas with shelter, food, water and so-called Quaker help centers that provide medical attention and directions to the nearest major U.S. highway. The mobile program is touted as an “intelligent agent algorithm” that parses out the best routes and trails on a particular day and hour so that Mexicans can cross the “vertiginous landscape” as safely as possible.
    Dominguez, a tenured visual arts professor, was inspired to create the technology by the thousands of Mexicans who have died on their journeys north because they got lost in the treacherous terrain. For months he boasted about his new Transborder Immigrant Tool, but the publicity campaign has come to a screeching halt and his tenure is at risk because federal lawmakers are finally looking into the matter.

    The area’s three representatives in the U.S. House—Brian Bilbray, Duncan Hunter and Darrell Issa—are demanding that the university’s chancellor provide a precise accounting of public funds associated with the Transborder Immigrant Tool. Referring to it as a “troubling use of taxpayer dollars,” the legislators point out that those who worked on the device may be committing a federal felony by encouraging illegal immigration.

    Dominguez has dismissed the probe as a sort of witch hunt, assuring that he used less than $10,000 in taxpayer grants and suggesting the congressman should be more concerned about the cost of investigating him. That amount, the professor believes, will be much more than what he spent on the entire project to help illegal border crossers.

    Mexico’s government has provided its nationals with valuable tools to help them cross the border safely but Dominguez is the first American resident, with a salary provided by U.S.
    taxpayers, to openly promote such a gadget. A few years ago Mexican officials published a 32-page booklet (Guia Del Migrante Mexicano) with safety tips for border crossers and distributed hand-held satellite devices to ensure the violators complete their journey safely.

    Racist Mexican gangs are indiscriminately targeting blacks who aren't even involved in gang culture, as part of an orchestrated ethnic cleansing program that is forcing black people to flee Los Angeles. The culprit of the carnage is the radical Neo-Nazi liberation theology known as La Raza, which calls for the extermination of all races in America besides Latinos, and is being bankrolled by some of the biggest Globalists in the U.S.A story carried on the liberal website Alternet, charts an explosion in brutal murders of blacks by Hispanic street gangs in L.A. Far from being gang on gang violence, the Latinos are targeting innocent blacks in accordance with a concerted ethnic cleansing campaign that seeks to eradicate all blacks from Hispanic neighborhoods.

    In one instance, 21-year-old Anthony Prudhomme was shot in the face with a .25-caliber semi-automatic while lying on a futon inside his apartment, slain by a Latino gang known as the Avenues as part of a racist terror campaign in which gang members earn "stripes" for each black person they kill.
    In one typical case," writes journalist Brentin Mock, "Three members of the Pomona 12 attacked an African-American teenager, Kareem Williams, in his front yard in 2002. When his uncle, Roy Williams, ran to help his nephew, gang member Richard Diaz told him, "Niggers have no business living in Pomona because this is 12th Street territory." According to witnesses, Diaz then told the other gang members, "Pull out the gun! Shoot the niggers! Shoot the niggers!"

    nineties, with a 1995 LAPD report concluding

    that Latinos had vowed to "Eradicate black 

    citizens from the gang neighborhood." In a 

    follow up report on the situation in east Los 

    Angeles, the LAPD warned that "Local gangs 

    will attack any black person that comes into 

    the city."

    The author notes that since 1990 the African-American population of Los Angeles has halved, partly as a result of rampant illegal immigration and that there are noticeably fewer blacks walking the streets because many have been forced to relocate in fear of the racist gangs.

    "The LAPD estimates there are now 22,000 Latino gang members in the city of Los Angeles alone. That's not only more than all the Crips and the Bloods; it's more than all black, Asian, and white gang members combined. Almost all of those Latino gang members in L.A. -- let alone those in other California cities -- are loyal to the Mexican Mafia. Most have been thoroughly indoctrinated with the Mexican Mafia's violent racism during stints in prison, where most gangs are racially based," writes Mock.

    Mock blames the "Mexican Mafia" for ordering the campaign of ethnic cleansing from prison, as part of a turf war with the Black Guerilla family, another prison gang, but fails to pinpoint the racist creed from which the Mexican kingpins draw their inspiration - the long standing Aztlan invasion agenda.

    Despite the fact that the majority of documented hispanics oppose illegal immigration, as do the majority of Americans, Aztlan and La Raza race hate groups have become the self-appointed voice for a separatist movement that threatens a violent overthrow of the Constitutional system and a barbaric program of ethnic cleansing. This is held up by the media as 'diversity' and to vociferously oppose it is scorned as racism.Aztlan and Mecha groups advocate killing all whites and blacks and driving them out of the southern states by means of brutal ethnic cleansing. Flags and placards carried at marches depict white people having their heads cut off, as seen in the picture below.

Organizations like the Ford Foundation, groups who are zealous in their quest to eliminate the middle class and destroy America, turning it into a cashless society, compact city, surveillance control grid where only two tiers of society exist - the elite and the poor slaves.

    During the May immigration protests, The Aztlanwebsite carried the following statement.

    "If the racist "Sensenbrenner Legislation" passes the US Senate, there is no doubt that a massive civil disobedience movement will emerge. Eventually labor union power can merge with the immigrant civil rights and "Immigrant Sanctuary" movements to enable us to either form a new political party or to do heavy duty reforming of the existing Democratic Party. The next and final steps would follow and that is to elect our own governors of all the states within Aztlan."

    Here is the open call for violent separatism and the overthrow of existing state government structures.

    During the immigration demonstrations, which were orchestrated by Rob Allyn of Rob Allyn & Co. who is closely tied with George W. Bush, alarming reports of illegals carrying out violent beatings began to surface. In Santa Ana California, illegal aliens swarmed around in mobs invading schools, carrying out violent beatings and in one incident a county worker had a Mexican flag plunged into his chest.
    The violent protests that began on May 1 last year were characterized by throngs marching under Mexican flags, many of which were illegal aliens, as a "day without gringos."

    Imagine what the reaction would be if white middle class Americans marched in their millions and called the event "a day without blacks."

    The media continues to run defense for a violent militant movement that seeks nothing less than the eradication of blacks and whites through ethnic cleansing and the takeover of the southern and western states. This is a separatist junta that has over 30,000 ruthless gang members at its disposal once the call for mobilization is heard, along with millions of illegal aliens pouring across the border.

    President of Latino group: ‘La Raza’ name was 'a barrier to our mission'

    Janet Murguía, the president and CEO of UnidosUS, said Tuesday that the Latino advocacy organization made a tough decision to better reflect its mission last week when it dropped “La Raza” from its name.
    The influential Latino civil rights organization changed its name to UnidosUS from the National Council of La Raza (NCLR) at its 49th annual conference.
    Murguía told The Hill the decision was made after three-and-a-half years of research, interviews and surveys on the organization's image.
    "We really wanted to make sure what we were hearing was reflective of most of our community," she said.
    "We knew this step would be a big one and that not everybody would be fully supportive, but it’s hard to ignore the data and the changes that have occurred in our community," Murguía added.
    The NCLR name had come under criticism from groups on the right, who pointed out that "la raza" means "the race” in Spanish, a reference that was interpreted by some as having racist undertones.
    The organization got its original name in 1968 as the Southwest Council of La Raza, a reference to an academic concept put forth by Mexican intellectual José Vasconcelos in the 1930s
    Vasconcelos's original idea of "la raza" was meant to unite the multi-ethnic and multi-cultural peoples of Latin America as part of one post-colonial identity group.
    But Murguía says that image no longer represents Latinos in the United States.
    "We’re not the same Hispanic or Latino community we were in 1968," she said. "We are a younger community — six in ten [Latinos] are millennials or younger -- and we’re a more diverse Latino community."
    Murguía said the old name "appeared to be outdated" and "to have no resonance with our community."
    "More than anything, our name appeared to be a barrier to our mission," she said. 
    UnidosUS is the country's largest Latino civil rights organization, with interests in political advocacy and research on issues like tax reform, healthcare, housing and immigration. 
    Murguía said the organization and the Hispanic community as a whole have achieved real gains over time in many of those areas. 
    "Real progress is achievable, but it takes sustained engagement and it happens not in a moment, but over time," she said.
    She pointed at issues like the Affordable Care Act, which extended insurance coverage to nearly four million Latinos who previously didn’t have health insurance, and the earned income tax credit as tangible wins for Hispanics.
    But Murguía said that progress is under threat.
    "There’s no question that the stakes are very high for our community right now and we’re dealing with a very challenging environment," she said. 
    The short-term priorities for Latinos, Murguía said, include protecting those policies and counteracting the Trump administration's immigration policies.
    "We want to make sure we can block the funding for a mass deportation force that Trump has called for, we can block the funding for a wall that is a waste of precious resources that will accomplish very little," she said.
    "Right right now there’s no question that 'Dreamers' appear to be in the crosshairs of the Trump administration," she added, referring to so-called “Dreamers,” recipients of the Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals program.
    The program, which protects from deportation nearly 750,000 people who were illegally brought to the United States as children, is facing legal challenges from Texas and nine other states. 
    The Trump administration has not yet said whether it will defend the program through the Justice Department. 
    "There’s a real risk because we’re seeing more and more that this decision making is not in the hands of the president, but also in the Attorney General [Jeff Sessions] and he’s been antagonistic to any efforts around immigration reform or any efforts to try to promote long term relief for Dreamers and others," she said.
    Ultimately, Murguía said, the challenge for Hispanics will be to encourage greater political participation to reap the demographic rewards as the country's largest minority group.
    Roughly one million Latinos turn 18 every year, and Hispanics are a key voting bloc in states like California, Texas and Florida. Still, voter participation has traditionally been low in the community.
    "We have got to continue to build on the rolls of voters, continue to encourage anyone who’s eligible to continue to vote. Beyond that, we have to make sure there are efforts underway for those eligible to become citizens to naturalize," said Murguía.
    Murguía said Latino voters, widely expected to "surge" in the 2016 election, did just that, only to be "outsurged by others."
    More Latinos voted in 2016 than ever before, but participation rates remained somewhat stagnant. Still, with consistent participation rates and natural demographic growth, Latinos played an important role in states like Arizona and Colorado.
    "The stakes are extremely high for our community. For those of us who maybe didn’t understand how bad things could get before the election, now we know. The truth is they could get worse," she said.

    "We have to take what we’ve learned and now use our ability to participate, to mobilize, to vote, very seriously, and we need to come together as we do that," Murguía said.

    Trust Republicans to go too far. They take a good idea -- such as the notion that the federal government should enforce immigration laws, and states should be able to help -- and then drive it into the fringes. Witness a Fox News interview in which Sen. Lindsey Graham, R-S.C., declared, "We should change our Constitution and say if you come here illegally, and you have a child, that child is automatically not a citizen."

    Graham has supported a pathway to citizenship for illegal immigrants. He opposed the new Arizona immigration law. So why would he advocate repealing part of the 14th Amendment -- which, by the way, exists because the Grand Old Party wanted to stop efforts to keep freed slaves from becoming citizens?

    Graham's right about this much: Illegal 

    immigrants have taken advantage of the law. The 

    Dallas Morning News reported Sunday that 

    60,000 babies are born annually in Texas to illegal

     immigrants. Last year, these "anchor babies" 

    accounted for 16 percent of the state's births.

    But it's not clear how many illegal immigrants are coming here to have babies as opposed to having babies in America because they are here.

    Then there's the recent Washington Post story about "birth tourism" and affluent expectant mothers paying offshore consultants a $14,750 fee to obtain tourism visas that allow them to give birth in the United States and win U.S. citizenship for their babies.

    No one likes to see adults game the system. In June, pollster Scott Rasmussen found that 58 percent of voters say a child born to an illegal immigrant should not automatically become a citizen of the United States.

    But there are better ways to deal with those abuses. Direct the State Department to deny visas to would-be birth tourists. Keep the heat on employers who knowingly hire illegal workers. The new Arizona immigration law is designed to achieve "attrition through enforcement." Deport more adults who, unlike children, knowingly break the law.

    But some Republicans want to keep going. Rep. Lamar Smith, R-Texas, is arguing that the 14th Amendment does not and never did confer automatic birthright citizenship.
    Section One states, "All persons born or 

    naturalized in the United States, and subject to 

    the jurisdiction thereof, are citizens of the 

    United States and of the State wherein they 

    reside."

    "There are two elements, birth and subject to the jurisdiction," Chapman University Law School Dean John C. Eastman told me. "For about 50 years, we've just assumed birth was all you needed." But a review of the original debates and early court cases demonstrates a recognition that parents had to "show allegiance." If they broke federal law, they "never qualified" as being under U.S. jurisdiction.

    This is where the argument gets dicey. Eastman has argued that a child born to a Saudi in the United States on a temporary student visa was not under U.S. jurisdiction, as the father had not declared allegiance to America. Eastman's answer is to let people come here to study or work, but as something less than guests.


    This path could turn a melting pot nation into an empire of the native born and law-abiding foreign workers who never have a chance to belong. Think Old Europe. Think Saudi Arabia.

    WASHINGTON (July 27, 2017) –  Attorney General Jeff Sessions moved one step closer this week to fulfilling the Trump administration promise of blocking millions in funding to sanctuary jurisdictions. The Center for Immigration Studies has a new map displaying the sanctuary jurisdictions most likely to lose access to certain DOJ grants, based on the severity of their current sanctuary policies.


    Sessions announced that state and local jurisdictions will lose access to certain federal law enforcement grants in 2017 if they prohibit officials from communicating with ICE, if they block ICE from interviewing jail inmates, and if they fail to notify ICE of the pending release of criminal aliens ICE is seeking to deport. These rules apply to the Byrne Justice Assistance Grants, which are the largest source of federal criminal justice funds for state, local, and tribal authorities; Trump has requested $380 million for 2018.

    Jessica Vaughan, director of policy studies and author of the analysis, notes, "The four largest Byrne/JAG grants in 2016, worth more than $10 million, all went to sanctuaries jurisdictions: New York City; Cook County, Ill.; the City of Los Angeles; and Philadelphia. The Department of Justice should cut them off unless they change their policies. Taxpayers should not be subsidizing local governments that interfere with immigration enforcement and endanger the public."

    The Byrne/JAG grants are one of three programs now off-limits to sanctuaries. Last year, Rep. John Culberson, in his capacity as chairman of the House Appropriations subcommittee that controls DOJ's budget, imposed requirements for basic compliance with the federal law on sanctuaries for the State Criminal Alien Assistance Program, which offers partial reimbursement for the costs of incarcerating illegal aliens, and the Community Oriented Policing grant program. A number of jurisdictions have changed their policies as a result.

    MS-13 has emerged as America's most brutal street gang, sowing terror wherever it's got a foothold and leaving a trail of mutilated corpses in its wake.
    The Latino gang's ultra-violent criminal activities have drawn the attention of President Donald Trump, who vowed to eradicate the criminal enterprise in a controversial speech delivered last week in Long Island, New York, where MS-13 units, known in Spanish as 'clicas,' have been holding towns in fear through acts of murder and bloody retribution.
    'They kidnap. They extort. They rape and they rob,' Trump told an audience of police officers on Friday. 'They stomp on their victims. They beat them with clubs, they slash them with machetes, and they stab them with knives. They have transformed peaceful parks and beautiful quiet neighborhoods into bloodstained killing fields. They're animals.'

    In that speech, Trump suggested that police should not be 'too nice' to suspected MS-13 'thugs' and condoned using 'rough' methods when dealing with accused gangsters - words that have been met with sharp criticism by many law enforcement officials across the nation.
    Having been started by Salvadoran immigrants on the streets of Los Angeles in the 1980s, MS-13, also known as Mara Salvatrucha, is now estimated to have some 10,000 members in the US, many of them teenage boys and young men from El Salvador, Honduras and Guatemala.
    As Fox News first reported, among the gangsters there are currently five men considered to be the most-wanted affiliates of MS-13 in the country, suspected of slaying both rival and fellow gang members.

    Walter Yovany Gomez: The 28-year-old undocumented immigrant from Honduras is the only member of MS-13 who has earned a spot on FBI's Ten Most Wanted list. Yovaniy Gomez, dubbed 'Cholo,' is wanted for his alleged involvement in the murder of a man in Plainfield, New Jersey, in May of 2011. The victim was suspected of socializing with a rival gang and had been ordered to be killed by MS-13 leaders. It is alleged that Gomez and another gang member, after an evening of socializing with the victim, attacked him. The victim was struck in the head numerous times, had his throat cut, and was stabbed 17 times in the back. A federal arrest warrant was issued for Gomez in the United States District Court, District of New Jersey, Newark, New Jersey, on September 19, 2013, after he was charged with violent crime in aid of racketeering. He was last seen in Maryland after he was driven there from New Jersey. The FBI is offering a reward of up to $100,000 for information leading to the suspect's arrest.

    Robert Morales: The 39-year-old, known as 'Casper,' is believed to be a member of the Coronado clique of MS-13. He is wanted for the alleged murder of two men and the attempted murder of a woman in Los Angeles. On July 31, 2000, Morales allegedly shot and killed a man waiting at a bus stop. On November 9, 2000, Morales allegedly shot and killed a fellow MS-13 gang member, and fired several shots at the victim's girlfriend. On January 22, 2001, the Superior Court of Los Angeles County issued an arrest warrant after Morales was charged with two counts of murder and one count of attempted murder. A federal warrant charging Unlawful Flight to Avoid Prosecution was issued on January 17, 2007.
    Morales has a long criminal history including several assaults, burglary, narcotics transportation, and domestic violence. He has ties to El Salvador.

    On January 8, 2006, the men were at a club in South Baltimore when they met the two male victims. It is believed the murders occurred because the suspects thought they saw one of the victims flash a rival gang sign. Law enforcement investigation revealed that the victims had no gang affiliation. 
    When the two victims left the club, they were approached by the suspects and agreed to meet them behind a local school. The two male victims were then stabbed multiple times with knives and died.

    Garcia was charged in the District Court of Maryland for Baltimore County with two counts of first degree murder on September 11, 2006. A federal arrest warrant has been issued for Garcia and he has been charged with unlawful flight to avoid prosecution.

    Carlos Alberto Gonzalez-Barahona: The 26-year-old El Salvadorian national has been deported multiple times from the US and is wanted for killing his estranged girlfriend in June, earning him a spot on Texas Department of Public Safety's Ten Most Wanted list. 
    In 2010, Gonzalez-Barahona was convicted of Burglary of a Habitation after an incident in Harris County. In October 2013, he was deported from the United States back to El Salvador.
    Then on June 18, Gonzalez-Barahona allegedly shot and killed his estranged girlfriend at their apartment in northwest Houston. After the shooting, he reportedly fled the Harris County area and abandoned a pickup truck he was driving in Wharton County. His whereabouts since then are not known. Prior to abandoning the truck on June 20, he allegedly kidnapped the driver of the truck at gunpoint in Brazoria County.
    On June 20, the Harris County Sheriff's Office issued a warrant for Gonzalez-Barahona's arrest for Murder, followed by another warrant issued in July for Aggravated Kidnapping. 
    MS-13 works as an umbrella grouping of units, some of which are larger and more violent than others.
    Most MS-13 members are young men that trace their heritage to El Salvador, Honduras or Guatemala, and among the members there are as many immigrants as there are US citizens. Many were born in the United States.

    Judicial Watch Warns California: 11 Counties Have More Voters than Voting-Age Citizens

    Judicial Watch, a conservative watchdog organization, has sent a letter to California Secretary of State Alex Padilla on behalf of the Election Integrity Project, noting that there are 11 counties in the state with more registered voters, and alleging that the state may be out of compliance with Section 8 of the National Voter Registration Act (NVRA).
    The letter reads, in part:

    NVRA Section 8 requires states to conduct reasonable list maintenance so as to maintain an accurate record of eligible voters for use in conducting federal elections.1 As you may know, Congress enacted Section 8 of the NVRA to protect the integrity of the electoral process. Allowing the names of ineligible voters to remain on the voting rolls harms the integrity of the electoral process and undermines voter confidence in the legitimacy of elections.

    As the top election official in California, it is your responsibility under federal law to coordinate California’s statewide effort to conduct a program that reasonably ensures the lists of eligible voters are accurate.

    Judicial Watch lays out the specifics: 
    “[T]here were more total registered voters 
    than there were adults over the age of 18 
    living in each of the following eleven (11) 
    counties: Imperial (102%), Lassen (102%), 
    Los Angeles (112%), Monterey (104%), San 
    Diego (138%), San Francisco (114%), San 
    Mateo (111%), Santa Cruz (109%), Solano 
    (111%), Stanislaus (102%), and Yolo (110%).” 
    The letter notes that the percentage in L.A. 
    Country may be as high as 144%.

    The letter contains a threat to sue the Secretary of State if Padilla does not remove from the rolls “persons who have become ineligible to vote by reason of death, change in residence, or a disqualifying criminal conviction, and to remove noncitizens who have registered to vote unlawfully.” 

    It gives Padilla 14 days to respond, and 90 days to correct alleged violations of the law.

    Padilla has been one of the main voices in opposition to President Donald Trump’s Presidential Advisory Commission on Election Integrity, refusing to share voter data with it on the argument that doing so would “legitimize false claims of massive election cheating last fall.”

    President Trump has claimed that he would have won the popular vote in the 2016 presidential election if not for illegal voting, and his administration has singled outCalifornia as a possible contributor to that margin.

    The Election Integrity Project is a California-based volunteer organization that monitors voting irregularities.

    MS-13 isn't the only gang sowing violence and terror from Central America to the US: meet Barrio 18.
    Arch-rivals to MS-13, Barrio 18 has an estimated 30,000 to 50,000 members across 20 US states and is linked to drugs, murder, kidnappings and other violent crime from Central America to Canada.
    'With thousands of members across hundreds of kilometers, and interests in a number of different illicit activities, Barrio 18 is one of the more significant emerging criminal threats in the region,' write analysts for the think-tank InSight Crime.
    Last week, US Attorney General Jeff Sessions visited his counterpart in El Salvador to discuss ways to crack down on transnational gangs - MS-13 and Barrio 18 chief among them.
    But if history is any guide, eradicating Barrio 18 will be easier said than done.

    Over the decades, though, Barrio 18 threw open its recruitment to members from Central America as well, often targeting the elementary and middle-school children of immigrants.
    As the gang's ranks grew, it became the target of FBI and police crackdowns, sending many of its veteran members to prison.
    But time behind bars just gave Barrio 18's shot-callers a fertile new recruiting ground, and it quickly swelled its ranks in federal prisons.
    Stepped up deportations also had an unintended effect, spreading the gang's reach to El Salvador, Guatemala and Honduras as hardened members were shipped back to their native countries, where they have battled brutally with MS-13.

    That's made it difficult to target under racketeering laws, the tactic that brought down many Mafia families.

    Barrio 18 cliques have been linked to the international drug trade, and the gang is closely allied with the Mexican Mafia, another Hispanic organized crime ring with its origins in US prisons. 
    Their colors, blue and black, even pay tribute to the Mexican Mafia: blue for the allied gang, and black for Barrio 18's original color.

    Barrio 18 members are the sworn enemies of MS-13, another gang with its origins in California that has since spread in Central American countries with weakened governments.
    'These two gangs have turned the Central American northern triangle into the area with the highest homicide rate in the world,' the US Justice Department wrote in a 2013 report. 
    Like MS-13, the decentralized structure of Barrio 18 has made it incredibly resistant to decades of efforts to eradicate it.
    'They're worse than a cancer,' gang expert Gabriel Kovnator told the Los Angeles Times all the way back in 1996.
    'A cancer you can kill. These guys keep growing.'

    BARRIO 18 GANG RULES 

    For its members, Barrio 18 enforces absolute obedience to the following rules:
    Respect and attend meetings 
    Speak the truth at the meetings
    Respect the 'palabreros' (veteran members at the top of the gang hierarchy)
    Be a good example to the recently initiated members
    Don't walk around drunk or sleep in the streets
    Respect relatives of the gang members, including their girlfriends
    No crack, including the type coated in paint thinner
    Fight with the enemy, not amongst yourselves
    Don't mention 'the letters' (rival gang MS-13)
    Don't use a red bandanna or red hat (rival gang colors)
    Search out weapons for the gang
    Take revenge for the members who have died for the cause
    Don't leave any members behind
    Don't graffiti in red
    Don't talk about gang business around outsiders
    Ask permission before tattooing your face 
    You must carry out a 'mission' before getting initiated (getting beaten up for 18 seconds by four members while another counts)
    No women in the gang 
    No rape
    No snitching
